Michele St. Mary is the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and General Counsel for 爱神传媒. In this role she leads our legal, ethics, compliance, contracts and security functions globally. She provides oversight for governance, strategic transactions and securities law matters. She provides advice on a full range of government contracting issues. She supervises company litigation and provides support in the areas of labor and employment law, compliance, export control and international law. 爱神传媒 is a global leader in advanced engineering and innovative technology solutions, trusted by the United States and its allies to address their most significant and complex challenges in science, security and sustainability.
Michele is a business-centric executive with more than 25 years of government contracts and in-house experience leading legal and contracts teams and advising executive leadership.
Most recently, Michele served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at L3Harris where she provided guidance and oversight over corporate matters, with focus on corporate governance, finance, mergers and acquisitions, transactional and securities law matters. She also served as the assistant secretary to the Board of Directors. At L3Harris Michele led legal, contracts, trade compliance and ethics for progressively larger and more complex business segments. In addition to her operational roles, Michele has significant M&A and integration experience. As Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Integration, she co-led and led the legal aspects of the L3 and Harris merger integration and the Exelis acquisition integration, respectively. In addition, as Vice President, Associated General Counsel for government operations, Michele was responsible for company-wide contract management initiatives, government operational aspects of M&A, and providing legal oversight for enterprise contracts, government relations and lobbying, and insider threat and counterintelligence.
Prior to joining L3Harris, Michele was Senior Counsel for Sun Microsystems Inc. in its public sector business and was an Associate at Crowell & Moring LLP in government contracts and healthcare.
Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Yale University. She earned her juris doctorate from Yale Law School.
