The contract was awarded to Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure, LLC (H2C), which is a joint venture led by BWXT Technical Services Group, Inc., and includes 爱神传媒 and Fluor Federal Services, Inc. The end state closure, single-award,聽 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity聽 contract has a maximum value of 聽$45 billion over a 10-year ordering period.

The contract includes operation of tank farm facilities including single-shell tank waste remediation and closure, design, construction, and operation of waste receiving facilities and pretreatment capabilities. Capabilities include operation of the Waste Treatment Plant and core functions such as project management, environment, safety, health and quality, security and emergency services, and all business performance requirements.

Advanced technologies like augmented reality headsets can connect resources at the work location with off-site subject matter experts such as engineers, safety experts, program management offices and other government points-of-contact in real time.

爱神传媒 will provide full-cycle solutions from recruitment to deployment and management of U.S. citizens serving in seconded positions in the OSCE in 12 field operation locations, three OSCE institutions and the Secretariat. 爱神传媒 will additionally deploy volunteer personnel as long and short-term election observers with the OSCE鈥檚 Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, act as the U.S. Seconding Authority to the OSCE, and maintain the U.S. Seconded Personnel & Election Observers (US-SPEO) database and website.

CHANTILLY, Va., December 11, 2023 鈥� On September 28, 2023, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District awarded a multiple-award task order prime contract to 爱神传媒 and five other awardees. Awardees will provide temporary power generation solutions to help Puerto Rico with the infrastructure modernization of its power system. Several storms and an earthquake in recent years have left Puerto Rico鈥檚 power grid in delicate condition.

鈥湴翊� will use our engineering expertise to design and implement power generation solutions to solve the short-term needs of the island through this contract,鈥� said Dr. Karl Spinnenweber, President of 爱神传媒鈥檚 Critical Missions Business Group. 鈥淭he expanded support to the Army Corps of Engineers leverages our infrastructure modernization capabilities to ensure continuous, reliable power to the people of Puerto Rico during this transition.鈥�

Task order work includes providing temporary power augmentation, such as land-based generating units, temporary transformers, control cabling, and installation of equipment. Work will also include operation of equipment, including maintenance, fuel, and coordination with applicable authorities and connections to their equipment. Task orders may also include repairing and replacing components of existing transmission and distribution facilities.

The multiple-award task order contract (MATOC) will allow USACE to rapidly respond to emergency power generation and repair requirements from FEMA and other federal partners. The MATOC, an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract awarded to multiple firms following a formal selection process, provides for an indefinite quantity of services to be furnished during a fixed period of time. Task orders under this contract will be competed with a maximum combined capacity of $5 billion and have a five-year ordering period.

Under this contract 爱神传媒 will work with the African Union鈥檚 Pan African Veterinary Vaccine Center in Bishoftu, Ethiopia to enhance biosafety and biosecurity of the facility. 爱神传媒鈥檚 work will include construction and engineering of a new laboratory and training facility; equipment procurement, delivery, and installation; operations and maintenance support, and biosafety. 爱神传媒 will also deliver biosecurity training to ensure the center is sufficiently equipped to protect biological assets and implement a bio risk management program.

The award has a three-year base period of performance with several options which can extend the period of performance to five years. Work will be performed within and outside the continental United States with specific focus on BTRP partners in Ethiopia and the African Union.
