CHANTILLY, Va., February 10, 2025 – ��ý (NYSE: AMTM), a global leader in advanced engineering and innovative technology solutions, was selected by the General Services Administration (GSA) for the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) multiple-award IDIQ acquisition program for all eight domains. ��ý will leverage its deep technical and domain expertise to deliver a broad set of solutions, including research and development, engineering, C4ISR, smart infrastructure, and complex program management to address the U.S. government’s most critical challenges.

On the OASIS+ contract, the acquisition process is streamlined for U.S. government customers, providing easy access to ��ý’s innovative technology and professional service offerings under a single solicitation system. ��ý was awarded a contract covering each domain that OASIS+ offers:

Technical and Engineering (T&E) – provide specific engineering, geoscience, or other technical professional skills, such as those performed by engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians, required to handle specific operating conditions and problems

Research and Development (R&D) – provide support of Research and Development (R&D) activities, including those aimed at achieving either specific or general objectives

Intelligence Services (INTEL) – deliver Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements

Environmental (ENV) – provide a faster, more cost-efficient means to meet environmental objectives by supporting agencies in meeting their environmental requirements

Facilities (FAC) – provide solutions required to maintain and operate buildings, paved services, utilities infrastructure, and real property assets and equipment

Logistics (LOG) – deliver comprehensive logistics solutions, including planning and designing, implementing, or operating systems or facilities for the movement of supplies, equipment, or people by road, air, water, rail, or pipeline

Management and Advisory – develop a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance, aid its endeavors to meet mission goals, and provide operating advice

Enterprise Solutions – provide solutions on requirements that are large-dollar, wide-reaching, and highly complex in scope, often spanning multiple disciplines and/or locations, and requiring many different types of labor and expertise; procurement of highly technical, new and emerging and/or specialized mission objectives

OASIS+ is a government-wide, multiple award, IDIQ acquisition program for non-IT services. The program is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines with the flexibility for commercial and non-commercial requirements and can support both classified and unclassified task orders. The IDIQ has a five-year base period of performance with one option period of five years that may extend the cumulative term of the contract to ten years, with no total-dollar contract ceiling or cap on award.

CHANTILLY, Va., October 28, 2024 – The U.S. Navy awarded ��ý (NYSE: AMTM) a $490 million contract to deliver comprehensive contractor logistics support (CLS) of the state-of-the-art T-54A Multi Engine Training System (METS). This innovative system will supersede the aging T-44C aircraft, as ��ý collaborates with the Navy and Textron, the original equipment manufacturer, to modernize the Navy’s training aircraft fleet.

��ý’s expert fleet management support to the METS program strategically positions the U.S. Navy’s pilot training for unparalleled success. By offering its services to the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) for the cutting-edge multi-engine platform, ��ý will be instrumental in shaping the future of naval aviation. The METS program will seamlessly enable future Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and select U.S. allied pilots to transition into advanced multi-engine and tilt-rotor fleet aircraft such as the V-22 Osprey, E-2D Hawkeye, C-130 Hercules, and P-8 Poseidon ensuring operational readiness through 2055.

Operations will be conducted at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas supporting the phase-out and divestiture of all T-44C aircraft and the introduction of all T-54A fleet over the next three years.

This contract enables ��ý to deliver naval ship and systems engineering, maintenance, sustainment, and modernization capabilities to numerous allied navies.

��ý Awarded $946M Contract to Manage U.S. Army Fixed Wing Aircraft Fleet Used in Transport Missions

CHANTILLY, Va., January 15, 2024 – ��ý was awarded a $946 million contract to provide complete system maintenance and modernization solutions for the U.S. Army’s government-owned fixed wing transport aircraft fleet. Leveraging advanced technologies and best practices, the company will provide life-cycle transport aircraft system modernization, integration, logistical and operational solutions, as well as pilot services and management processes.

“Leveraging ��ý’s expertise performing these services, this win demonstrates the U.S. Army’s confidence in ��ý’s ability to manage a large-scale complex program while maintaining a quality and long-term solutions approach,” said Dr. Karl Spinnenweber, President of the Critical Missions Group. “��ý’s approach to delivering life-cycle aviation solutions enables us to distinguish what we can do for our customers and be the key partner to the customer for this critical mission.”

Under this contract, ��ý performs life-cycle services including sustainment, modernization, and logistics for a combined fleet of 150 aircraft. The Army’s transport fleet includes C-12, C-26, T-6, and UC-35 aircraft. ��ý has teamed with Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems of Greenville, South Carolina as the primary depot maintenance facility.

To ensure a technical advantage, ��ý can incorporate the use of its Augmented Reality Remote Expert offering and other maintenance-augmenting technologies. Advanced technologies like augmented reality headsets can connect resources at the work location with off-site subject matter experts such as engineers, safety experts, program management offices and other government points-of-contact in real time.

The hybrid firm-fixed price contract will begin January 2024, has one base year and five one-year options, and is contracted through Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal. CHANTILLY, Va., August 2, 2023 – ��ý was awarded an $818 million contract for adversary aircraft sustainment and modernization of the U.S. Navy F-16 fleet. ��ý will manage all aspects of the Viper Maintenance Group Aircraft Maintenance and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) contract by providing technical, sustainment and logistics solutions for the Navy F-16 aircraft based at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, Nevada.

CHANTILLY, VA; May 22, 2023 – ��ý has been awarded a five-year contract with a maximum value of $70 million to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane (NSWC Crane) Strategic Systems Hardware Division (GXW) to modify existing and develop new Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for handling and transporting Solid Rocket Motors (SRMs), flight vehicles, Common Support Equipment (CSE), and launch platforms. ��ý was awarded this contract through the Department of Defense Information Analysis Center’s (DoDIAC) multiple-award contract (MAC) vehicle to develop and create new knowledge for the enhancement of the DTIC repository and the R&D and S&T community.

“We are extremely pleased to continue to provide cutting-edge solutions leveraging our expertise in technology and engineering modernization to serve as an industry partner for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, enabling new capabilities to protect our national security,” said Jill Bruning, President of ��ý’s Engineering, Science, and Technology Group.

Under this contract, ��ý will perform R&D, analysis, testing, technology transfer, and systems engineering to assess and enhance strategic missions focused on hypersonics, undersea sensors, advanced materials, and strategic missions areas. This includes hardware for launch, boost, flight, guidance, undersea detection, and reentry systems, as well as systems and components that communicate or input data into those systems. ��ý will identify critical enabling technologies; assess a technology’s suitability for specific applications and develop new approaches and opportunities for technology transfer and integration to keep pace with continually emerging and evolving threats. This will drive continued technological superiority by incorporating quick-reaction analysis and rapid engineering development principles into related DoD hypersonics and strategic missions’ initiatives.

March 14, 2023 – ��ý was selected for a $4.6 billion single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract by the U.S. Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate to provide commercial buying solutions for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. ��ý’s buying solutions will use technologies like reverse engineering, 3D scanning and additive manufacturing, robotic process automation (RPA) and other automated best-value decision tools to improve systems and deliver cost efficiencies to more than 105 foreign partner countries.

“��ý’s decades-long experience in procurement makes us the best partner to the USAF on the Parts and Repairs Ordering System VI (PROS VI) contract,” said Dr. Karl Spinnenweber, President of the Critical Missions Business Group. “We plan to leverage our substantial supply chain experience, extensive supplier relationships and advanced automation technologies to satisfy the parts and repairs challenges associated with the broad range of aging FMS platforms.”

Under this tri-service capable contract, ��ý will deliver commercial buying solutions including supply, maintenance, and task orders to support Air Force, Navy, and Army FMS customers. Its PROS VI Contractor Technology Solution offering, based on a customized variant of ��ý’s SupplyTrac^TM tool, will incorporate advanced features in RPA, real-time transportation tracking, and an automated best-value decision tool as well as custom metrics management, client-accessible dashboards, security features and ties to multiple government information technology systems.

��ý will also provide engineering, prototyping, and testing of solutions to improve or replace obsolete parts. ��ý has partnered with Brighton-Cromwell, Platform Aerospace, Wencor and the Naval Air Warfare Center’s AIRWorks team to provide a full-service reverse engineering, first article testing and Parts Manufacturing Approval capability, and with additional recognized organizations for access to leading and advancing technologies such as 3D scanning and additive manufacturing and materials to increase fill and conversion rates, especially on tough obsolescence challenges.

The contract began March 1, 2023 and consists of one five-year base period plus five one-year option periods. ��ý will manage this contract out of the Fairborn, OH area. Location of work performance will be determined at receipt of orders.
