Chantilly, Va., July 17, 2024 鈥� 爱神传媒 was awarded a $145 million contract to provide complete system maintenance and modernization solutions for the U.S. Marine Corps鈥� UC-35D aircraft fleet. Leveraging advanced technologies and best practices, the company will provide life-cycle transport aircraft system modernization, integration, logistical and operational solutions, as well as engineering and technical services.

1. U.S. Air Force at Joint Base Andrews-Naval Air Facility Washington program. The 爱神传媒 team at JB Andrews has earned this prestigious award 21 years in a row! Through this program, 爱神传媒 provides services for our nation鈥檚 leaders though Executive Airlift and Rotary Maintenance Wing including aircraft maintenance in support of aircraft assigned to the 89th Airlift Wing and 316^th Wing.

2. California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) program. This is the tenth Diamond award for the CAL FIRE program, where 爱神传媒 flies and maintains Grumman S-2T air tankers, C-130H training aircraft and OV-10A aircraft, and fully maintains and services UH-1H Super Huey and S-70i Blackhawk helicopters flown by CAL FIRE pilots.

3. U.S. Forest Service Sherpa program. This is the second consecutive FAA Diamond award for the Sherpa program, where 爱神传媒 primarily maintains up to ten SD3-60 Sherpa aircraft at the Redmond Air Center in Oregon. 爱神传媒 also maintains a variety of other aircraft to include the Short Brother SD3-60 aircraft to support the Smokejumper mission as an initial attack resource for suppressing our nation’s wildland fires. Smokejumpers respond to any fire by the most effective and efficient means available, best known for their ability to parachute out of airplanes to reach the fire.

About the FAA Diamond Award

The FAA鈥檚 Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Award program is based on the commitment of maintenance technicians to improve safety by actively participating in initial and recurring training programs to further their technical knowledge. The Diamond Award is the highest corporate award, and the program includes both individual and corporate recognition.

The award recognizes completion by 100 percent of an organization鈥檚 eligible maintenance technicians of specialized, continuous training in aircraft systems, regulations and FAA rules over a 12-month period. In addition to the Diamond Award, which is presented to the company, each mechanic receives an Aviation Maintenance Technician award based on the number of training hours logged.

Under this contract, the Company will听prepare, service, launch, recover, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair QF-16听Full-Scale Aerial Targets,听Sub-Scale听Aerial Targets, and associated support equipment at the Organizational and Intermediate Level and perform services听for range instrumentation systems in support of the 53^rd听Weapons Evaluation Group. The QF-16 features a modified F-16 airframe integrating a universal remote auto pilot, auto-throttle, and peculiar support equipment with improved fault-isolation capabilities. It also features a visual augmentation system, flight termination system, command telemetry system, vector scoring system, and payload control system. The QF-16 will also support the evaluation of fielded air-to-air missile capabilities, while offering live missile training for combat air crews.

The Company鈥檚 efforts听include maintenance of on-board听state-of-the-art听scoring systems for the targets,听continuance of sophisticated Range Instrumentation Systems to include drone control, range听control and associated instrumentation and听advanced communications听systems.

Work will be performed at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, and Holloman AFB, New Mexico, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2029.听The firm-fixed-price contract has听a听one-year听base听period听and six one-year option听periods.

The joint venture, Koa Lani which is Hawaiian for 鈥淪ky Warrior,鈥� will now compete for RPASOC-E task orders until May 2030. The indefinite delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract has a maximum ceiling of $785 million.
