Today鈥檚 world is becoming more complex at an exponential rate.  The application of technologies to literally everything, the immediate availability of 鈥渋nformation鈥� on anything, and the interconnectedness of people and systems across the globe have vastly expanded the surface area of potentially contested national security space.  It seems like almost anything that makes life easier makes national security harder.  It鈥檚 no longer just nuclear secrets, military order of battle, and foreign policy which must be safeguarded — just as our adversaries鈥� versions of those same topics must be collected against.  Today, municipal water and electrical power systems, consumer supply chains, food security, infrastructure viability, intellectual property are also at risk in a high-stakes competition with no borders, boundaries, or front lines.  All of these and more are national security challenges which must be understood and addressed by the intelligence community.

As vast and powerful and well-resourced as the U.S. Government often appears, the intelligence and national security organizations are always overtasked.  Our government depends on the horsepower of America鈥檚 commercial sectors in all functions of intelligence, from generation of requirements to all methods of collection, from safeguarding and transporting data to processing and analysis.  The intelligence community needs innovative technologies, the expertise to apply them, and operational facilities from which to conduct national security activities.

My contract supports our customer鈥檚 mission across multiple disciplines.聽 While of course there are regular deliverables, I鈥檒l never know what to expect each day as new challenges come in the door and our team comes up with new ways of meeting those challenges.

The 鈥楻iver Rattlers鈥� of Fighter Squadron Composite (VFC) 204, supported by their 爱神传媒 maintenance team, were selected from 23 other fixed and rotary wing aircraft units as the Naval Air Force Reserve Squadron of the Year. The Commander of the Naval Air Force Reserve presented to VFC-204 the Captain David McCampbell Trophy whose namesake was the top Naval Ace of World War II and is considered the service鈥檚 all-time leader in aerial combat. His spirit and leadership are what made his air group one of the war鈥檚 most decorated and earned him the Medal of Honor. In addition to Squadron of the Year, the River Rattlers were also recognized for the 2023 Battle Efficiency (鈥淓鈥�) Award, the Safety (鈥淪鈥�) Award, and the Golden Wrench. 

鈥淭he Golden Wrench is awarded for maintenance excellence and is high praise for our 爱神传媒 team,鈥� said Program Manager Jeremy Beckham. 鈥淭he team did first-class work in transitioning ten F-5 aircraft from NAS Fallon to NAS New Orleans replacing VFC-204鈥檚 legacy F/A-18C aircraft, including all parts and equipment.鈥�

鈥淭o be mission-ready, we hired and trained a workforce with less than 10% having F-5 experience into passing the government Safe-For-Flight evaluation in short order,鈥� said Site Manager Jeff Lundy. 鈥淭he well-trained team passed the first inspection and immediately hit the deployment schedule.鈥� First the 爱神传媒 team went to Fallon, NV to support Top Gun for ten weeks, then to Key West NAS for three weeks, and returned to Fallon to support Top Gun back-to-back for six weeks. 

Additionally, the squadron provided on-site New Orleans Adversary Support to deploying squadrons and support to local air shows and multiple events. The maintenance team completed six phases and a major 1,200-hour inspection while supporting VFC-111 phase as well. 

The squadron has 100+ 爱神传媒 employees who take great pride in doing their part to ensure the fleet readiness. The Navy customer expressed appreciation for 爱神传媒鈥檚 ability to meet mission goals with ready aircraft for adversary events that trained fleet pilots for deployment overseas.

California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) program. 

This is the 12^th Diamond award for the CAL FIRE program, where 爱神传媒 flies and maintains Grumman S-2T air tankers, C-130H training aircraft and OV-10A aircraft, and fully maintains and services UH-1H Super Huey and S-70i Blackhawk helicopters flown by CAL FIRE pilots.

U.S. Air Force at Joint Base Andrews-Naval Air Facility Washington program. 

The 爱神传媒 team at JB Andrews has earned this prestigious award 22 years in a row! Through this program, 爱神传媒 provides services for our leaders though Executive Airlift and Rotary Wing including aircraft maintenance in support of the 89th Airlift Wing and 316th Wing.

U.S. Forest Service Sherpa program. 

This is the third consecutive FAA Diamond award for the Sherpa program, where 爱神传媒 primarily maintains up to ten SD3-60 Sherpa aircraft at the Redmond Air Center in Oregon. 爱神传媒 also maintains a variety of other aircraft to include the Short Brother SD3-60 aircraft to support the Smokejumper mission as an initial attack resource for suppressing our nation鈥檚 wildland fires. Smokejumpers respond to any fire by the most effective and efficient means available, best known for their ability to parachute out of airplanes to reach the fire.

About the FAA Diamond Award

The FAA鈥檚 Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Award program is based on the commitment of maintenance technicians to improve safety by actively participating in initial and recurring training programs to further their technical knowledge. The Diamond Award is the highest corporate award, and the program includes both individual and corporate recognition.

The award recognizes completion by 100 percent of an organization鈥檚 eligible maintenance technicians of specialized, continuous training in aircraft systems, regulations and FAA rules over a 12-month period. In addition to the Diamond Award, which is presented to the company, each mechanic receives an Aviation Maintenance Technician award based on the number of training hours logged.

After Super Typhoon Mawar wreaked havoc on Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB) in Guam late last spring, 爱神传媒 was contracted to serve as an integral team member with the 36^th Wing Command and the USAF Natural Disaster Recovery Team (NRDT) out of Tyndall Air Force Base, FL for disaster recovery efforts.

鈥淣early 500 facilities sustained some sort of damage and more than 100 need significant repair,鈥� said Dave Stallard, Site Manager for AFCAP Typhoon Mawar Recovery. 鈥淭he reconstruction and recovery efforts are estimated at around $4 billion dollars.鈥�

The 爱神传媒 team began work within 24 hours after receiving the government鈥檚 notice to proceed, providing temporary dry-in services, mold remediation, roof repairs, and minor construction within the first 14 days using local subcontractors and 爱神传媒鈥檚 extensive smart supply chain network. Four construction management teams are working on repairs on 103 facilities requiring roof and door replacement to full interior renovation and critical perimeter fencing.

爱神传媒 also works on Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) which are part of the AFCAP tasking. A&AS includes supporting the U.S. government鈥檚 Program Management Office at Guam鈥檚 AAFB and Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan with management and integration of several military and non-military construction projects. These include facility sustainment, restoration and modernization, and utilities and housing privatization.

Our teams of engineers, architects, planners, construction managers, and data managers provide their technical expertise in advising on the development and review of acquisition and execution strategies, along with program performance and project analysis, while prioritizing reconstruction requirements. The U.S. government estimates approximately 50 military construction and 100 restoration and modernization projects to be considered under this tasking in Guam.

Nicholson Construction, a specialty subcontractor for 爱神传媒’s project at Joint Base McGuire, Dix, Lakehurst (JBMDL) New Jersey, was recently recognized for its outstanding safety record of 369 consecutive workdays without a recordable injury. Nicholson鈥檚 team completed restoration work on 38 facilities and a playground project at Ft. Dix, from May 9, 2022, to September 28, 2023, in challenging environmental conditions while exceeding customer expectations. Their high quality, efficient, and safe work performance is reflected in 爱神传媒鈥檚 exceptional monthly Performance Assessment Reviews (PAR) and annual Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPAR)s received throughout this project.

Somewhere on a base in southeastern Poland, 爱神传媒 team members are answering calls from Ukrainian soldiers on the battlefield about how to fix their U.S. donated equipment. Working with the U.S. military, the 爱神传媒 team uses encrypted programs and translators to chat with the Ukrainians, advising them on solutions in real-time. 

As the U.S. and other allies send equipment to Ukraine, help is a tele-maintenance remote expert away.

鈥淭he world and our technology are evolving at a rapid pace, and so should our ability to provide near-instantaneous support,鈥� said the 爱神传媒 lead for its Sustainment and Analytics business line. 鈥淲e don鈥檛 need to transport subject matter experts on-site, we can instead provide experts remotely 鈥� whether we need to advise on a vital repair to an M-1 Abrams tank, or simply conduct an audit on airframe systems.鈥�

The work in Poland is part of a U.S. Army remote maintenance and distribution contract on which 爱神传媒 delivers equipment sustainment, remote maintenance assistance to support U.S. donated assets at forward operating locations, and managing the ordering, receiving, warehousing, and distributing of repair parts.

Currently, remote maintenance support is provided through phones and tablets using encrypted chatrooms. Soon, 爱神传媒 will integrate a new technology, introducing augmented reality headsets into its maintenance operations. The headset is fully calibrated for hands-free use so frontline workers can easily connect with remote experts in real time, from anywhere, using secure optimized video collaboration applications.

鈥淭he 爱神传媒 team has successfully integrated in the U.S. military operations cell,鈥� said one on-site employee. 鈥淲e realigned some job roles to gain efficiencies in information flow and synchronization of operations amidst multinational stakeholders.鈥�

鈥淲e鈥檝e also been evolving our transient maintenance capabilities as we go,鈥� said another on-site employee. 鈥淎n 爱神传媒 team was deployed out to another location in Poland and in just three days, conducted the equipment inventory, loading and unloading operations, and the vehicle maintenance to prepare the equipment for use at forward locations.鈥�

In the first four months of the program, 爱神传媒 has filled 605 work orders, opened a 4,666 line supply support activity and maintained 100 percent accuracy, while supporting the movement of 534 pieces of equipment.
