The °®Éñ´«Ã½ Response to COVID-19

To our °®Éñ´«Ã½ customers, partners, employees, and neighbors,

Less than two short months ago, we were celebrating the launch of °®Éñ´«Ã½ at our work locations around the globe. At the time, it was hard to imagine the environment in which we live today.

When we defined our core values as a company, we deliberately put safety first. This has never been more important than today. We will continue to monitor and take responsible measures to safeguard our people, their families and the communities where we live and work. We are leveraging secure and efficient telework capabilities across our organization to provide our employees with safe access and the ability to continue to serve our customers.  For employees who cannot telework, we are working on contingencies to support their ability to safely execute their responsibilities and protect their security.  Extremely importantly, we are maintaining continuous communications across °®Éñ´«Ã½ to share information and innovative best practices to address this pandemic.

You have heard us speak of our purpose – to support our customers’ most critical missions, anytime and anywhere. This is no less true today as we join forces to combat the effects of this pandemic. At the same time, we are supporting our customers whose missions must continue, we are looking for ways to do more. One of our strengths as an independent company is our agility, and we’re pivoting to meet the nation’s needs in this period of rapid change. Our experts are collaborating and partnering with our customers on ways we can deliver services and solutions safely, efficiently, and securely during this most critical time. We’re helping our customers through new challenges in cyber and critical infrastructure management as their networks are extended to meet the needs of teleworking employees. We are envisioning new ways we can apply our expertise in the continuity of operations (COOP) and emergency planning to help organizations that must perform in ways they never imagined. We’re looking forward to applying our experience in containment measures and deep cleaning as we recover.

This is a defining moment for our country. America is a nation of innovators; our history has made us resourceful and adaptable in the face of adversity. We will bring our collective capabilities to protect what is most dear to us ― our people, families, and communities. Working together, we will emerge stronger than ever as a nation.
